A new guest series bringing some of our favourite facilitators to the Peninsula.

A 90-minute journey designed to unwind, restore, and bring you back to yourself.

This special collaboration weaves together Sound Healing and Yin Yoga into one seamless experience.

Sink into Elinor's Yin practice, where poses are held for 3-7 minutes with full prop support, while Becky's deeply immersive soundscape washes over you.

Layers of singing bowls, handpan, flute, and chimes guide you deeper into stillness, inviting release through the connective tissues and nervous system alike.

Becky is a Holistic Occupational Therapist whose work centres on nervous system regulation, embodiment, and meaningful connection to self. Her sound sessions create space for emotional processing and a gentler relationship with the body.

Elinor is a Swedish-born Yoga Teacher whose practice is rooted in heart connection and inner listening. Her Yin classes cultivate patience, introspection, and the quiet magic of slowing down.

Together, they offer 90 minutes to regulate, release, and remember what it feels like to come home to yourself.
